Netvision is looking for an infrastructure professional with one or more specializations:

• Certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft

• AZ-104, MS-500, VMware VCP

• Experience with IT service desk/ticketing systems

• Previous experience in an MSP or client-facing IT support environment is a plus

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing network environments for our clients. You’ll work with firewalls, switches, Windows Servers, VMware, Microsoft 365, and Intune. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable network performance, cloud integration, and modern desktop management.

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs)

• Administer and support virtualization platforms (primarily VMware)

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP

• Provide basic support for SQL Server environments (backup/ restore, connectivity, performance)

• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive

• Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

• Implement and support MDM policies and compliance standards

• Monitor network health and respond to incidents in a timely manner

• Maintain technical documentation and client infrastructure records

• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary

NetVision is looking for a motivated and experienced Network Engineer to join their team and help support their clients' infrastructure with a modern customer obsessed and security-focused mindset.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of network protocols and security (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, etc.)

• Experience with managed switches and VLAN configuration

• Proficient in Windows Server management and Active Directory administration

• Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)

• Basic SQL Server knowledge (administration, performance, connectivity)

• Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services

• Familiarity with Intune and MDM for modern desktop management

• Good knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, patching, and endpoint protection

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication (Spanish and English)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Willingness to document work & share knowledge with the team
